Director of Admissions, 243461

Anne Derouin, Vice Dean for Academic & Student Affairs

THE ROLE: The Director of Admissions provides administrative management and coordination of enrollment personnel and functions at the School of Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires minimum of three-five years of demonstrated admissions/recruitment/student service experience and leadership skills in a dynamic, complex service culture. Requires experience in process re-engineering, demonstrated leadership and motivation skills and proven ability to develop customer service strategies for serving internal and external customers.

Operations Coordinator, HRSA ANEW (Apples), 244348

Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda, Assistant Dean PhD Program and Mary Lou Affronti, Assistant Dean, DNP Program

THE ROLE: Supervise, coordinate and participate in a special project that entails planning and development activities to ensure successful establishment of the HRSA ANEW (APPLES) scholarship and Training grant within the School of Nursing. The Federally funded 4-year training grant focuses on the provision of scholarships to advance the nursing workforce focused on care of vulnerable youth and young adults with behavioral and mental health conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of experience in program administration involving academic, or federally funded grant activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events.

Federal Grant experience is preferred, general knowledge of nursing and mental health conditions of populations.

Senior Wellness Coordinator, 244121

Bernice Alston, Director, Student Success Center

THE ROLE: The Senior Wellness Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of activities that promote student wellness through the development, implementation, facilitation, and coordination of educational activities and programs. This position will provide wellness support to the School of Nursing and the Inter Professional Education Center. Responsibilities and effort are outlined in the essential duties below.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree is required, preferably in student affairs, public health, health and wellness or a similar program. Work requires 2 years related experience in a postsecondary education or health care setting. Experience in wellness promotion/health education program management and/or administration experience preferably in a higher education setting is desired.
